To collect the information from various sources, search the novel research and support the research in the organizing committee in May, November and February. The manager committee and organizing committee review the support of research fund and materials toward the research. The chief member of the year and the chief members in the past will select the person done the excellent research for the incentive award. The meeting or workshop takes place once a year in principle. The scientific meeting takes place in July every year in cooperation with the following co-sponsorship.
